I sent a formal follow-up stating that no specific execution date, no individual legal or operational basis for the continued withholding, and no transaction-specific explanation had been provided, and requested immediate processing.

The withdrawal is still unresolved and no blockchain transaction identifier (TXID) has been issued to me.

Evidence

Below is a redacted screenshot of the withdrawal details visible in my account. Sensitive information such as the destination address, amount, and fee has been obscured. The screenshot still shows the visible pending status, timestamp, and operation identifier.

What support communicated

The support response I received did not provide an individual explanation for my specific withdrawal. Instead, it described a broader operational situation affecting withdrawals in general.

zondacrypto stated that withdrawals are currently being processed manually due to technical issues affecting operational wallets and increased traffic, and that the longest pending transfers should be completed within the next 5 days. However, no concrete execution date, no TXID, and no transaction-specific reason for the delay were provided in my case.
